Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to potential candidates using the provided database.
Clearly communicate the job role, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule daily interviews and follow up with candidates until the final joining date.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with a smart attitude can also apply).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
