Location: Work From Home
Role: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 (3 Months Probation)
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Responsibilities:

End-to-end Non-IT hiring (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Field Roles)
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
Conducting telephonic interviews
Coordinating with clients and managing the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

Experience in hiring for BPO, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Field roles
Strong communication skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Passion for recruitment
