HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

• Manage offer negotiations and follow-ups

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring (depending on requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• Experience in IT recruitment (if applicable)

• Target-driven mindset
