About the Role

We are hiring an HR Recruiter for our Bengaluru Head Office. The designation will be HR Executive, with a primary focus on recruitment. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, and following up with selected candidates until onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for Head Office and zonal requirements in coordination with hiring managers and Zonal HR representatives.

• Prepare job descriptions, publish vacancies and source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and candidate databases.

• Conduct daily recruitment calls, screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and availability.

• Schedule interviews and assessments, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records, and provide regular updates on calls, interviews, selections and pending vacancies.

• Coordinate salary discussions, joining dates, document verification and onboarding; support other HR documentation and activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• 6 months–2 years of recruitment or relevant HR experience, with exposure to candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and recruitment tools; comfortable handling regular candidate calls and multiple vacancies.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
