Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

· Familiarity with Free & Paid Job Portals.
· Oversee employee onboarding and new hire orientation processes
· Facilitate employee performance management and development programs
· Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
· Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
Designation : HR Recruiter
Experience : 1-3 years experienced in HR Recruiting
Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
