Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment: Identify staffing needs, draft and post job descriptions, source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals, and conduct interviews using various formats such as structured, behavioral, phone, or group interviews.
Candidate evaluation: Screen resumes, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
Hiring coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare job offers.
Onboarding support: Assist new hires with orientation and integration into the company.
Employer branding: Promote a positive company image through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
