HR Recruiter | Talent Acquisition & OnboardingWe are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, talent acquisition and employee onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, demos and selection rounds with candidates and management.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and regular follow-ups.
Communicate job details, policies and other relevant information to candidates.
Coordinate the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
Collect and maintain employee documents and joining records.
Support HR operations and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
HR experience is preferred, but freshers with the right skills may also apply.
