About Us:

Shiksha Seva Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls through education, health, nutrition, and women's empowerment Since 2012 We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our mission. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Manage job postings on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and our website.

3. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and extend job offers.

4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners.

5. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a nonprofit organization, or a related field.
