Job Description: 
What You will do: 

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes. 

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks 

• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders 

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels to help identify the most suitable candidates. 

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. 

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. 

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring for critical positions. 
   

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment within the real estate industry. 

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. 

• Flexibility to adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving business needs.
