HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interviews and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee databases.

• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

• Assist with payroll processing and salary-related coordination.

• Manage joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR processes.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Job Location: Gami Industrial park, Pawane MIDC, Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai.
