We are looking for a Jr. HR TA Associate to join our team at Sciative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, identifying and sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview rounds, and evaluating candidates across junior, mid-level, and senior positions in both Technology and Business functions. You will also be responsible for creating and updating Job Descriptions, posting job openings across hiring portals, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
For the first 2 years, the role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, providing you with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and stakeholder management. Based on performance, interest, and organizational requirements, you will have the opportunity to transition into broader HR roles and gain exposure to other HR functions, with significant opportunities for career growth within Sciative.
