An HR Recruitment Specialist manages the full hiring cycle: partnering with managers to define needs, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards), screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, all while focusing on employer branding and legal compliance. They are strategic talent connectors, bridging skills gaps and ensuring the best fit for the organization. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and forecast future talent demands.Sourcing & Attraction: Write compelling job descriptions, post them widely, and actively source candidates via social media (like LinkedIn), job boards, and networks.Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screenings, manage assessments, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.Candidate Management: Maintain positive relationships, provide timely feedback, manage offers, and oversee onboarding.System & Data: Utilize ATS for tracking, manage candidate records, and generate hiring reports.Employer Branding: Enhance the company's image as an employer to attract top talent. Essential Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of recruitment software, ATS, and HR databases.Understanding of employment laws and regulations.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
