Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven HR Executives to join our recruitment team at Samepage. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build expertise in end-to-end recruitment within the Banking & Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine.com, etc.)
Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the Banking sector.
Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience (up to 2 years) will be an added advantage.
