Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
Hiring for sales, marketing, accounts, plant & support roles
Posting jobs on portals, social media & referrals
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining recruitment MIS and candidate database
Ensuring smooth joining and documentation

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in HR recruitment
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / building materials preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to close positions within timelines
