We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented ••HR Recruiter•• to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes at one of the assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and the drive to meet recruitment deadlines.

### ••Key Responsibilities••

• Understand manpower requirements and create job postings.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain a candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Act as a point of contact between the company and candidates.

• 12th pass in any field (HR/Management preferred).

• Proven experience as a recruiter (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently at the assigned location.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and local hiring methods.
