We're excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Recruiter to join our team! As a key member of our Recruitment , you'll play a crucial role in end to end recruitment .

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the organization.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to source qualified candidates.

3. Interview Process Management: Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling and feedback collection.

4. Job Description Development: Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and job postings.

5. Candidate Relationship Management: Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

6. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.

7. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Requirements:

1.Should be okay to invest proper corporate working hours .

2.Fresher are welcome

3.Candidates who are looking for the entry level position in Hr field.

4. Candidates who are eager to learn and Those who want to make their career in the recruitment field.
