Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. The Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal • databases • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate shortlisting • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Post job openings on job boards and company platforms • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives • Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree or a related field. Experience: ● Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment .
