Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring process for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

·             Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

·             Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

·             Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

·             Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers

·             Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

·             Assist in offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups

·             Support onboarding and basic HR documentation

·             Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

·             Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)

·             0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers can apply)

·             Good communication and interpersonal skills

·             Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

·             Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·             Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
