Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for 6m to 2 years  Experience with sourcing techniques, basic qualification, good knowledge in recruitment.  Understanding of referral programs  Solid verbal and written communication skills  Sound judgement and confident  Graduate / Mba fresher  Should be fluent in English, Kannada Hindi and other south language A candidate should be located below 8km radius from the work location.
