Job Overview

39 Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to shortlist suitable profiles.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview feedback records.

Negotiate salary packages with candidates within approved budgets.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, documentation, and joining dates.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within the specified timelines.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Good negotiation and candidate management abilities.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment trackers.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2–5 years in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred.

Experience in consultancy recruitment or agency hiring will be an advantage.

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Candidates should be comfortable handling bulk hiring as well as specialised positions.
