Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day Human Resources operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment & hiring (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding & documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records & HR databases
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and reports
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Coordinate training programs and attendance tracking
Handle basic HR queries from employees
