We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our team. The role involves hiring delivery executives/partners through field activities. Candidates with a background in sales or gig hiring will be an added advantage.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Source and hire Delivery Executives/Bikers/Riders through field visits, job fairs, and local outreach
• Build strong relationships with communities, colleges, and local networks
• Achieve hiring targets within deadlines
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates

✅ Requirements:
• Freshers or minimum 6 months of experience (Recruitment/Sales/Gig hiring preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Languages: English + Local language
• Must have a two-wheeler
