Job Description – HR Recruiter (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while supporting the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from departments

• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of MS Office and job portals

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and team player mindset

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• Freshers can apply

• Experienced candidates with 1–5 years in recruitment are also welcome

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with good communication skills
