Job Description

An HR Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates from various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified applicants. They partner with hiring managers, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for candidates from the offer stage through onboarding. Key responsibilitiesSourcing and Attraction: Create and post compelling job descriptions, source candidates through online platforms (like LinkedIn, job boards, social media), professional networks, and referrals, and build talent pipelines. Screening and Assessment: Review and screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and manage candidate records and communication in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and collaborate to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding process for new hires. Strategy and Reporting: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Track and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and report on progress.
