HR Recruiter

Client & Requirement Handling

• Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations.

• Coordinate with clients for job updates, interview schedules, and feedback.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of candidates.

🔹 Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes based on client requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

🔹 Candidate Management

• Explain job roles, company details, and salary structure to candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🔹 Coordination & Follow-ups

• Track interview status and provide regular updates to clients and candidates.

• Handle offer discussions, negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

• Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding support.

🔹 Database & Reporting

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

• Update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job portals regularly.

🔹 Target & Compliance

• Achieve recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Ensure recruitment processes follow company and client policies.

• Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
