Job Description

Client & Requirement Handling

Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations.
Coordinate with clients for job updates, interview schedules, and feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of candidates.

🔹 Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

🔹 Candidate Management

Explain job roles, company details, and salary structure to candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🔹 Coordination & Follow-ups

Track interview status and provide regular updates to clients and candidates.
Handle offer discussions, negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding support.

🔹 Database & Reporting

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job portals regularly.

🔹 Target & Compliance

Achieve recruitment targets and deadlines.
Ensure recruitment processes follow company and client policies.
Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.
