Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interview coordination .
Facilitate new hire orientation and help with onboarding paperwork and processes
HR Administration & Data Management
Maintain and update employee databases/records, data entry of personal details, employment forms, payroll hours, leaves, and benefits data
Assist with HRIS or ATS systems and audit HR data systems
Employee Relations & Communication
Respond to staff queries on policies, benefits, HR procedures, and general guidance
Aid in maintaining communication between HR and other departments
Policy & Compliance Support
Help update and implement company policies, handbooks, and internal procedures
Assist with legal compliance tasks and record retention standards (e.g., for EEOC, FMLA) .
HR Projects & Reporting
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, benefits enrollment activities, and career/event days
Collect and analyze HR metrics (e.g. recruitment stats, training effectiveness) and prepare HR-related reports.
Training & Development Support
Help organize and support training sessions or onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating schedules
Typical Requirements
Educational Background
Currently pursuing (or holding) a Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Core Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with HRIS/ATS is a plus .
Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employment law, compliance, and HR principles
Personal Competencies
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently .
Proactive, flexible attitude, ability to work in teams, and willingness to learn
