We are looking for an active HR Recruiter to join our team. If you have 6 months of experience and know how to find candidates on job portals and social media, we want to talk to you!

Your Daily Tasks:

Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai) and LinkedIn.
Calling candidates and conducting initial phone interviews.
Checking if the candidate matches the job requirements (Salary, Location, Skills).
Scheduling interviews with the hiring manager.
Following up with candidates until they join.
