HR Recruiter

1. Talent Acquisition

• Understand manpower requirements from production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.

• Draft and publish job descriptions for factory, technical, and support roles.

2. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.

• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess communication, attitude, and fit.

3. Hiring and Onboarding

• Issue offer letters and collect necessary documents from selected candidates.

• Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.

• Ensure smooth onboarding, especially for shop-floor and blue-collar employees.

4. Workforce Planning

• Maintain a database of candidates for future requirements (talent pool).

• Track manpower gaps due to attrition, expansion, or shift requirements.

• Plan recruitment drives as per production cycles and shift schedules.

5. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for bulk or urgent hiring.

• Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of candidates.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain recruitment reports, interview feedback, and hiring status.

• Ensure background verification and compliance with labor laws.

• Maintain candidate and employee records in HRMS or internal databases.

7. Employee Relations Support

• Handle queries from new joiners.

• Support HR team in employee engagement and retention activities.
