We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the overall HR functions as well as general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resource practices, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and office administration.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Handle onboarding formalities and maintain employee files
• Manage daily attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs
• Support HR documentation including offer letters, confirmation, and exit process
• Maintain HR databases and update employee records
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Address employee queries and escalate issues when required
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory norms
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations
• Familiarity with HRMS or attendance software
• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
