Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate
Minimum 1 year experience into recruitment.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and processes
