Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all store positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Review resumes, conduct telephonic / face-to-face interviews.

Conduct salary discussions with candidates as required.

Cold call / reach out proactively to candidates.

Maintain recruitment tracking: keep records of applicants, follow up, coordinate with store management for requirements.

Coordinate with stores / departments to identify hiring needs and planning workforce.

Ensure all documentation required for hiring (e.g. ID proofs, background checks) is collected.

Assist in onboarding: orientation, introduction, paperwork.

Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of candidate information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or higher.

Experience: 0-6 months in recruitment / HR / admin role.

Good communication skills (both verbal & written).

Proficiency with computers; ability to manage job portals, email, basic MS Office.

Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with store managers, candidates.
