We are looking for an HR Executive with 6 months to 3 years of experience to handle daily HR operations, including recruitment support (screening and scheduling), employee documentation, onboarding and exit processes, attendance and payroll assistance, and employee engagement activities. The role requires maintaining HR records, coordinating with different departments, ensuring policy compliance, and providing general HR support. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, basic knowledge of HR processes, good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.
