As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-IT positions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional recruitment services to our clients and deliver high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.

2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for client requirements.

3. Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.

4. Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.

5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve targets and deliver results.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
