💼 Income Options

🔹 Option 1 – Performance-Based Income

2 Recruitments → ₹12,000
4 Recruitments → ₹32,000
6 Recruitments → ₹60,000
10 Recruitments → ₹1,40,000

🔹 Option 2 – DPBA/IPBA Role

Fixed Income: ₹40,000 per month
Build and manage your own Recruiters/Telecallers team
Target: 2 self recruitments or 10 recruitments through team performance

🔹 Option 3 – Full-Time Leader Opportunity

LP Activation Income (2.25 Lac EP):

2 LP → ₹32,000
4 LP → ₹1,37,000
6 LP → ₹2,29,500
10 LP → ₹4,01,000

🔹 Option 4 – Partnership Opportunity

Partnership Ratio: 40% – 60% from Option 3 income
Long-term growth and leadership opportunity
Opportunity to build and expand your own team/business

⚠️ Payout applicable after minimum 2.25 Lac EP business completion.
💳 Payments are released on or before the 12th of every month.
