About RnF Consultant

RnF Consultant is a recruitment and HR consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition and manpower solutions across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment and comfortable working in a target-driven consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements across different industries.

• Source relevant candidates through the Naukri.com portal and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates as per client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Must have hands-on experience working on the Naukri.com recruitment portal.

• Good understanding of sourcing, screening and candidate coordination.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.

• Should be self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a recruitment consultancy.
