Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non-IT (Telecom Hiring)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter – Non-IT with a strong background in telecom hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for field and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing positions within the telecom domain while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the Telecom sector

• Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and direct sourcing

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications

• Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Ensure target-based hiring within defined TAT

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for telecom roles

• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment (Telecom preferred)

• Strong understanding of telecom roles and industry terminology

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
