Assistant Recruiter – Job Responsibilities
Job Coordination
Receive job requirements from senior recruiter / management
Understand job roles, salary, country, and visa conditions
Share requirements with sub-agents and recruitment partners
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through agents, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and social media
Post job requirements on WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and other platforms
Handle inbound candidate and agent queries professionally
CV Collection & Screening
Collect CVs, passport copies, and basic documents
Check candidate eligibility (age, experience, trade, passport validity)
Shortlist suitable candidates as per job order
Data Management
Prepare and maintain Excel/Google Sheets for candidate tracking
Update status: CV sent, shortlisted, interview done, selected, rejected
Upload CVs and documents to Google Drive folders properly
Interview Coordination
Schedule online interviews with clients or employers
Inform candidates and agents about interview date and time
Assist candidates with interview preparation if required
Follow-ups & Communication
Follow up with agents for pending CVs and documents
Follow up with clients for interview results and selections
Provide regular updates to management
Documentation Support
Assist in collecting visa documents after selection
Ensure documents are clear, complete, and correctly named
Coordinate with processing team when required
Social Media Support
Post approved job ads regularly on company social media accounts
Respond to basic job enquiries on WhatsApp and social platforms
Reporting
Daily reporting of CV count, interviews, and selections
Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate data
Key Skills Required
Basic English communication (written & spoken)
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
WhatsApp & social media handling
Willingness to learn overseas recruitment process
