Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The
HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles,
helping to find, attract, and hire top talent for the organization. This role requires a combination of strong
interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements
● Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and social media
platforms
● Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other channels
● Screen resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
● Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
