Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with clients to fulfill hiring requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, job postings, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Call candidates and explain job roles, salary packages, and company details.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
