Full Time and Work from Office opportunity. We Preferred local candidates or from Western line.
Exp :(Freshers / 0.6 Months to 3 Yrs)
Note: Freshers / Interns with good communication and theoretical recruitment process understanding can apply for this position, you will get end to end training.
We are also open for internships.

What youll do:
1. Hunt top talent Internally / for clients:
Source & close Top IT developers, designers,testing, infra , managers and Non IT demands for Prodcon and its clients across tech, product & ops, non IT space etc. Youll own JD to offer end-to-end
2. Move fast: 15-20 quality screens/week per client. We fill roles in 14 days, not 60. No endless pipelines.
3. Be a consultant, not admin: Advise clients,leadership on market data, salary bands, offer strategy. You’ll influence their hiring decisions .
4. Build Prodcon’s network: Run referrals, LinkedIn / Insta outreach, campus drives. Grow our talent pool so clients get faster matches
5. Own metrics: Time-to-fill, client satisfaction, offer acceptance rate. You’ll report client impact, not just resumes sent

Job Role :
End to End / 360 recruitment ( IT Domain) Managing end to end
Recruitment for Client/Internal to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
As a Recruiter, handling the entire Recruitment Life Cycle- for all requirements right from working on job portals, screening profiles, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.
Screening, short listing, selecting, Scheduling, On boarding handling the entire gamut of recruitment.
Sourcing through various job boards, through references as per the
requirement specifications.
Screening and sourcing the candidate' profiles as per the client / Internal requirements
Shortlisting and ng the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
