We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding – ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Maintain and update job postings across various platforms.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer roll-out, and onboarding formalities. Through HRMIS Software
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation accurately.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs and campus hiring events (if applicable).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI/insurance/non-sales segment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc
Ability to handle multiple open positions with efficiency.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
