We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for salons across India. You will be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding talent for various salon roles such as hair stylists, beauticians, makeup artists, managers, and support staff.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for salon positions across multiple cities.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and offline campaigns.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face/virtual interviews.
Coordinate with salon area managers and franchise partners for staffing needs.
Maintain and update hiring tracker and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure timely closure of positions to avoid manpower shortages at salons.
Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for future needs.
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / or related field.
1–4 years of recruitment experience (experience in salon, retail, or hospitality preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Multilingual skills (English + Hindi required; regional languages a plus).
Willingness to travel occasionally for job fairs or bulk hiring drives.
