Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage daily office operations, support team members, and ensure efficient administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
-Maintain physical and digital filing systems
-Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
-Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
-Maintain records of staff attendance and leave
-Oversee facility management and liaise with service providers (e.g., IT, cleaning, repairs)
-Support HR and finance departments with documentation and records when needed
-Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
-Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
-Preferred Skills
Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., ERP systems, HRIS software)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
