HR Recruiter

• Understand client requirements and prepare suitable candidate search strategies.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates.

• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate screening through telephone/video interviews.

• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations and notice period.

• Share relevant candidate profiles with clients within agreed timelines.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

• Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates.

• Negotiate salary and joining timelines where required.

• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

• Update recruitment trackers, databases and ATS/CRM systems.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Understand different industries and job functions to improve candidate sourcing.

• Achieve individual recruitment and joining targets.

• Support the team in developing new candidate sourcing channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA qualification will be an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

• Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical and non-technical job descriptions.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a recruitment consultancy environment.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
