Position: HR Recruiter (Female)

Job Location: Limbadia, Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Description:

Handling end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining formalities
Preparing offer letters and assisting in onboarding process
Maintaining recruitment-related documentation
Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines

Requirements:

Female candidate only
2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Shine, Naukri, etc.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficient in MS Office
