HR Recruiter – BFSI

Location: Manimajra Bus Stand, Chandigarh

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Role:

Hiring for BFSI / Banking white-collar roles, mainly Relationship Managers (Gold Loan Sales)

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment

- Source & hire Relationship Managers

- Screening & interview coordination

- Manage job portals & referrals

- Maintain pipeline

- Achieve hiring KPIs

Requirements:

- 2+ years HR recruitment (BFSI preferred)

- Experience in white-collar hiring

- Understanding of RM / Loan Sales roles

- Good communication skills

- Target-driven

Preferred:

- Gold Loan / NBFC hiring experience
