Role Overview - Key Responsibilities
● We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end
recruitment and support our growing team in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions
● Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and databases● Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
● Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
● Handle offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
● Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a startup environment with larger responsibilities
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda (or willingness to learn)
Energetic, organized, and people-focused attitude
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or HR internships (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with hiring tools, job portals, and databases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
