Role Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our open positions. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle to meet company hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Source Talent: Post jobs online and find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
Screen Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to check qualifications.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage Offers: Extend job offers, negotiate details, and handle the paperwork.
Track Metrics: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report hiring progress.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Strong interviewing skills, excellent communication, and good time management.
Tools: Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) and ATS software.
