Designation: HR Recruiter

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune.

Experience: 1–2 years

Role Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for international BPO processes while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for international voice and non-voice processes.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.

 Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with operations and HR teams.

 Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation.

 Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

 Ensure hiring targets and SLAs are met within deadlines.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

 1–2 years of experience in international BPO hiring preferred.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
