Job Description

Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and job applications to find suitable candidates.
Search and source candidates through the Naukri portal and other job platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Collect interview feedback from clients and share updates with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including after interviews and job offers.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regularly and answer their queries.
Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Experience using Naukri or other job portals is preferred.
